Finearn Privacy Policy

This Finearn Privacy Policy (“Policy”) defines how the Finearn Platform gathers, processes, preserves, and discloses information about users. It also addresses how Finearn handles user data, as well as users’ rights and preferences about their data. This Policy applies to all users of the Finearn Platform designated as “Learners,” “You,” or “Your.”

Personal Information

"Personal Information" refers to data that identifies a Learner, including first and last name, identification number, email address, age, gender, location, photograph, and phone number provided during registration or at any time on the Finearn Platform.

"Sensitive Personal Information" includes the following:

  • Passwords and financial data (excluding the truncated last four digits of credit/debit cards)
  • Health data
  • Official identifiers (such as biometric data, Aadhar number, Social Security number, driver's license, passport, etc.)
  • Information related to sexual life, sexual identity, race, ethnicity, political or religious beliefs or affiliations
  • Account details and passwords
  • Other data categorized as "sensitive personal data" or "special categories of data" under relevant Data Protection Laws such as the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
